Former Robb’s Boulder Music store to debut as temporary homeless shelter

The nerve center for Boulder’s recently adopted approach to homelessness will begin taking clients this week at the former Robb’s Boulder Music store. GLENDALE, Colo. — Tenants living in a local apartment complex are dealing with major plumbing problems. They said wastewater from the toilet has backed up onto the floor.
