JSDC, Regional Council reach agreement on 2018 dues

The Jamestown/Stutsman Development Corp. is accepting an offer from South Central Dakota Regional Council that will settle a disagreement on dues that has lasted all year. The disagreement began when the Regional Council ceased to operate its Small Business Development Center in 2017. The JSDC withheld $16,141 in the 2018 annual dues of $35,869 charged by the Regional Council, saying that portion of the dues represented funds the JSDC paid to the council to offer Small Business Development services, according to Connie Ova, CEO of the JSDC.
